Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and LUPOHMIGNS KFT ("Pullz," "we," "us," "our"), a limited liability company incorporated in Hungary, with its registered office at 1204 Budapest, Mártirok útja 290, Hungary (EU VAT No. HU27450037), governing your access to and use of the Pullz website and all services offered through it, including the purchase and use of Store Credits and the purchase of physical products.

By accessing the Pullz website, creating an account, purchasing Store Credits, or placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 13 years of age; if you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian who has agreed to these Terms on your behalf and accepts responsibility for your use of Pullz;
You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full; and
You have reviewed our Refund & Store Credit Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, each of which forms part of these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Pullz.

1. The Store Credit Wallet System

1.1 Credit-Only Checkout

Pullz operates exclusively through a Store Credit wallet model. All product purchases on Pullz must be completed using Store Credits held in your account wallet (1 credit = USD $1.00). No direct credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other payment method is accepted at the point of product checkout. By creating an account and using Pullz, you acknowledge and accept this payment structure without reservation.

1.2 How Credits Are Obtained

Store Credits may be added to your wallet through the following means:

Purchased Credits: Credits purchased using a valid credit or debit card, processed securely by Stripe. Credit purchases constitute a transaction separate and distinct from any product purchase.
Reward & Loyalty Credits: Credits earned through eligible activities, referral programs, loyalty mechanics, or promotional campaigns, as described in the applicable program terms issued by Pullz.
Granted Credits: Credits issued by Pullz at its sole discretion as a goodwill gesture, promotional benefit, or administrative correction.

All Store Credits, regardless of source, are subject to the same terms, including non-refundability and expiry, as set out in our Refund & Store Credit Policy.

1.3 Nature of Store Credits

Store Credits are a limited, non-monetary, digital medium of exchange valid solely on the Pullz platform. Store Credits:

Have a fixed face value of USD $1.00 per credit;
Have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money under any circumstances;
Are non-transferable between accounts;
Are non-refundable once added to a wallet, regardless of source;
Are not a regulated financial instrument, gift card, stored-value card, or e-money product under any applicable law; and
Expire 12 months from the date of issuance of each credit batch, as further described in the Refund & Store Credit Policy.

1.4 No Chargebacks on Credit Purchases

By purchasing Store Credits, you expressly and irrevocably waive any right to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your card issuer, bank, or payment processor (including Stripe) in connection with that credit purchase. If a chargeback or dispute is initiated on a Store Credit purchase transaction, Pullz may, without prior notice and without liability:

Immediately cancel Store Credits in your wallet equal to or greater than the disputed amount;
Suspend or permanently terminate your account and forfeit any remaining credits; and
Pursue recovery of the disputed amount through any available legal means, including but not limited to civil proceedings.

1.5 Fraud & Abuse of Credits

Pullz reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, to suspend, cancel, reclaim, or adjust any Store Credits — including validly purchased credits — where we reasonably determine that:

Credits were obtained through fraud, unauthorized means, stolen payment instruments, or exploitation of a system error or technical vulnerability;
A user has operated multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits, exploit promotions, or abuse reward programs;
Credits were issued in error by Pullz; or
Any other conduct in violation of these Terms or applicable law has occurred.

In such cases, Pullz may additionally suspend or terminate the affected account(s), cancel all pending orders, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.

1.6 Account Termination & Credits

Upon termination of your account — whether initiated by you or by Pullz — all Store Credits remaining in your wallet are forfeited immediately and without compensation, except to the extent a refund is expressly required by applicable mandatory law. Pullz shall have no obligation to reinstate credits or provide monetary equivalent for forfeited balances.

2. Products & Orders

2.1 All Sales Final

All product purchases made using Store Credits on Pullz are final sale. Pullz does not accept returns, exchanges, or post-order cancellations under any circumstances. Because transactions are settled in Store Credits rather than direct monetary payment, there is no monetary refund pathway for product orders. Please review all product details — including size, color, quantity, and description — carefully before confirming your order.

2.2 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Our full policy on damaged, defective, and incorrect items — including claim eligibility, the 7-day submission window, required documentation, and available remedies (replacement or Store Credit, at your choice) — is set out in our Refund & Store Credit Policy. No monetary refund is issued in any case.

2.3 Order Cancellation by Pullz

Pullz reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: stock unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or any violation of these Terms. In the event of a Pullz-initiated cancellation, any Store Credits deducted for that order will be returned to your wallet within 5 business days. No additional compensation will be provided.

2.4 Product Descriptions, Availability & Pricing

Pullz makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product listings, images, and credit prices are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or prices are free of errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Products are subject to availability. Pullz reserves the right to correct any error and to modify, discontinue, or limit the sale of any product at any time without notice. If an order is placed at an erroneous price, Pullz reserves the right to cancel the order and return the corresponding credits to your wallet.

3. Shipping

Physical products are shipped within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or any international address. All shipping terms — including costs, processing times, carrier selection, delivery estimates, and liability for undeliverable packages — are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to purchase Store Credits or place orders. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Pullz is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain password security. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at support@pullz.ai.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each user may maintain only one Pullz account. Operating multiple accounts — including to circumvent bans, exploit promotions, or accumulate reward credits — is a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently terminated and all credits forfeited.

4.4 Account Suspension & Termination

Pullz reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without notice, at its sole discretion, for any violation of these Terms, for fraudulent or abusive conduct, for inactivity, or for any other legitimate operational or legal reason. Upon termination, any remaining Store Credits are forfeited as described in Section 1.6.

5. Minors

Pullz is available to users aged 13 and over. Users under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on their behalf. By permitting a minor to use Pullz, the parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms and assumes full responsibility for the minor's activities, purchases, and any associated obligations. Pullz will not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that an account has been created by a child under 13, we will terminate the account and delete associated data.

6. Privacy

Your use of Pullz is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using Pullz, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Pullz website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, user interface design, and underlying software — is the exclusive property of LUPOHMIGNS KFT or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Pullz solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from Pullz without our prior express written consent. Any unauthorized use of Pullz's intellectual property may result in termination of your account and legal action.

8. Prohibited Conduct

In using Pullz, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
Engage in any fraudulent activity, including credit purchase fraud, chargeback abuse, or identity fraud;
Operate multiple accounts or exploit technical errors to obtain credits or products improperly;
Attempt to circumvent, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the website, its payment infrastructure, or the Store Credit system;
Transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code;
Scrape, harvest, or extract personal data or content from Pullz without authorization;
Impersonate Pullz, its employees, or any other person or entity; or
Use Pullz for any commercial resale purpose without Pullz's express written consent.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all credits, cancellation of all pending orders, and/or legal action.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pullz and all products and services offered through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Pullz does not warrant that:

The website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
Any defects in the website will be corrected;
The website or any server delivering content is free of viruses or harmful components; or
Any product will meet your expectations or requirements.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. To the extent such exclusions are not permitted under applicable mandatory law, Pullz's warranties are limited to the minimum scope required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable mandatory law, LUPOHMIGNS KFT, its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of any nature — including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, anticipated savings, or business opportunities — arising out of or in connection with:

Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) Pullz;
Your purchase of Store Credits or any credit top-up transaction;
Your purchase of any product;
The expiry or forfeiture of Store Credits; or
Any unauthorized access to your account;

even if Pullz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, Pullz's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Pullz shall not exceed the total value of Store Credits held in your wallet at the time the claim arises.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LUPOHMIGNS KFT and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or access to Pullz; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) your violation of any third-party right; or (e) any fraud or misrepresentation by you.

12. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations — including applicable sales, use, income, VAT, or other taxes — that arise in your jurisdiction in connection with your purchase of Store Credits or products on Pullz. Pullz does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for collecting, reporting, or remitting any taxes on your behalf in relation to your transactions.

13. Modifications to These Terms

Pullz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, we may notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of Pullz after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using Pullz and may close your account.

14. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of Pullz (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Budapest, Hungary. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Pullz reserves the right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction worldwide where necessary to prevent imminent harm or protect Pullz's intellectual property or proprietary rights.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected or impaired.

16. Waiver

No failure or delay by Pullz in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, power, or remedy. A waiver of any breach of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Refund & Store Credit Policy, the Shipping Policy, and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LUPOHMIGNS KFT with respect to your use of Pullz and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
