This Shipping Policy ("Policy") is issued by LUPOHMIGNS KFT ("Pullz," "we," "us," "our"), a limited liability company registered in Hungary, with its registered office at 1204 Budapest, Mártirok útja 290, Hungary (EU VAT No. HU27450037). Pullz operates the online store at Pullz.
All product orders on Pullz are placed and paid using Store Credits held in your account wallet. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Shipping Destination
Pullz ships within the contiguous United States only (the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia). We do not currently ship to:
- Alaska or Hawaii;
- U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa);
- P.O. Boxes or Private Mail Boxes;
- Military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO); or
- Any address outside the United States.
Orders placed with an ineligible delivery address will be cancelled and any Store Credits used will be returned to your wallet.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated per order based on the destination address and order characteristics, and are displayed on the product listing and confirmed at checkout before you finalize your order. Shipping fees, where applicable, are deducted from your Store Credit wallet in addition to the product price (1 credit = USD $1.00).
Free shipping promotions, where offered, will be clearly stated on the relevant product listing or promotional page. Pullz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any free shipping offer at any time without prior notice. Free shipping thresholds and eligibility conditions are determined at Pullz's sole discretion.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days following order confirmation (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal public holidays). Processing time is the period between order confirmation and handoff to the carrier — it is separate from and in addition to transit time.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. During peak periods (including but not limited to holiday seasons, promotional sales, or product launches), processing times may be longer. Pullz will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays, but does not guarantee processing within the stated window during such periods.
4. Carrier Selection
Pullz selects the shipping carrier at its sole discretion based on the order, destination, and availability. Carriers may include, but are not limited to, USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You will be notified of the carrier and provided with a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You may not request a specific carrier.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
After your order is handed off to the carrier, estimated transit times are typically:
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days from dispatch;
- Expedited shipping: 2–5 business days from dispatch (where offered at checkout).
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier workload, weather conditions, peak season volume, or other factors outside Pullz's control. Pullz is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from delivery outside the estimated window. Do not place an order if you require delivery by a specific date.
6. Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address on your account once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch. You may track your shipment directly on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
You are solely responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. Pullz is not responsible for any loss, delay, or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
If you identify an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@pullz.ai as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once order processing has begun. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, re-shipping fees (payable in Store Credits) will apply. If you do not arrange re-shipment within 14 calendar days of our notification, the order will be forfeited without credit refund.
8. Undeliverable Packages & Returns to Sender
If a package is returned to Pullz as undeliverable for any reason (including refused delivery, failure to collect, or an incorrect address), we will notify you by email. You may then choose to:
- Have the order re-shipped to a valid address at your cost (payable in Store Credits); or
- Receive a Store Credit refund equal to the product cost of the returned items only.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable in all cases. No monetary refund is issued. If we do not receive a response within 14 calendar days of notification, the returned items will be forfeited without remedy.
9. Carrier Delays & Force Majeure
Pullz is not liable for shipping delays, damage, or non-delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: carrier network disruptions, natural disasters, extreme weather events, strikes or labor disputes, pandemics, governmental orders or restrictions, or any other force majeure event. In such circumstances, Pullz's obligations are suspended for the duration of the relevant event, and no compensation will be provided for resulting delays.
10. Taxes & Duties
All orders are shipped domestically within the contiguous United States. You are solely responsible for any applicable state or local sales taxes or other charges that may arise in your jurisdiction. Pullz does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for determining or remitting any taxes on your behalf.
